Up to 24 hours: No Fee

2-3 business days: 20% restocking fee for each changed/removed item.

After 3 business days: No changes and/or edits can be made. Shipping address changes are possible.

Lead Times: Lead times begin once the order has been finalized and paid for.  If there are any edits or adjustments made to the order, the lead time resets and starts once the new adjusted order is finalized and paid for.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES  > > > 

Drawer Fronts

Your Tailored Design Co Drawer Front order is considered final once placed. Because our manufactured products – including, but not limited to, doors, drawer faces, panels  - are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. This includes all bathroom orders (Godmorgon) and miscellaneous parts. We will, however, fix or replace any manufacturer-related imperfection if a claim is made at hello@tailoreddesign.co within three business days of the customer receiving his/her order.

Check your shipment immediately upon receipt. We insure our shipments and if there is shipping damage, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt for any claim with the carrier to be processed and for a replacement. 

Decorative Hardware

To return Decorative Hardware, you must contact us at hello@tailoreddesign.co within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and materials must be returned  in unused and resellable condition with original packaging.

When your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 2 business days from receiving the product returned.

WARRANTY  > > >

Our drawer fronts, sides, handles, and legs have a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers deficiencies; any production related errors as well as the ability to function without issues for 12 months from the time of delivery. Exceptions to these guarantees can be if the product has been exposed to violence, abuse, overloading, negligence, misuse of you, improper storage or faulty mounting or installation.

We don't offer compensation for operating loss, loss of time or any other indirect losses.

Warranty Claim Process: To make a claim under the Warranty, you must follow the following procedure:

(a) Notify us in writing, via email hello@tailoreddesign.co, of the Defect within 14 days of the date you discover or ought reasonably to have discovered the defect;

(b) Provide us with a copy of the receipt as proof of the original date of purchase;

(c) Return the piece to us following our acceptance of your claim and confirmation of the return logistics. We will revert to you on these points within 30 days of receiving your notification and proof of purchase. Should transportation costs be incurred in connection with the return from an address within the United States, you will not be liable for these costs.
